Fanny Mae

{"type"=>"root", "children"=>[{"type"=>"paragraph", "children"=>[{"type"=>"text", "value"=>"Fanny Mae was rescued from Bowie, TX. She was in the chute being tagged and chipped to ship to Mexico when we found her. She had been overfed/neglected for so many years causing her to have large fat pads across her whole body and a crescent neck weighing 20+ pounds. In addition to that, she had two club feet. Fanny was our kindest donkey who loved getting her ears scratched. The added weight and her deformities caught up with her over time and she struggled to get around comfortably. We let her go peacefully. We all miss her dearly. "}]}]}
