Lila

{"type"=>"root", "children"=>[{"type"=>"paragraph", "children"=>[{"type"=>"text", "value"=>"Lila was rescued with Levi in Montana, when we were able to intercept them from going to an auction. They had been ranch horses for nearly three decades together, and we knew we had to keep them together. She was never more than a couple of feet behind him. Despite being slightly underweight, and a little stuff, she was in great condition considering. She enjoyed months of sanctuary before an emergency trip to the vet hospital. She had blood coming from one of her nostrils, and we discovered cancer in her guttural pouches; the tumor had ruptured and there was nothing we could do to help her. We helped her pass peacefully with Levi standing over here."}]}]}
